Online Solutions


More than 2,700 clinics accept our medical card. Eligible members can seek treatment at the panels without payment. The clinics will then submit the claims to us for processing.	240 private hospitals and specialists and all government hospitals accept our Guarantee Letter. Eligible members seeking medical care can request Guarantee Letter from our 24-hours call centre.	We provide comprehensive services from issuing medical cards, providing GL, generate reports and statistics. Value added services such as arranging health talk and on-site medical screening etc is also provided upon request. We strive to ensure quality services to our customers.
